This year’s Conclave is based in Rochester, NY with motor coach exploration of the palaces and neighborhood houses from Utica to Buffalo and points in between.

Rochester’s Cinematic Legacy

Rochester, NY holds a unique place in cinema history as the home of George Eastman and the Eastman Kodak Company, whose revolutionary film technology made motion pictures possible on a global scale. And this June, it will serve as our home base for a 4-day tour through the theaters of “The Other New York” – not the dazzle of Broadway or Radio City Music Hall, but the hills and valleys of Western and Central New York State — the part where glamor palaces, opera houses and restored neighborhood theater gems proudly stand as centerpoints of small cities, towns and villages.

A decidedly slower pace in which to savor all that we have to offer. Come relax with us, and enjoy a journey through the history of the Great American Theaters, one delightful surprise at a time!

Registration Policy

By completing the registration process, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept major credit cards. All prices are listed in US Dollars.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Registration fee is non-refundable.

Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program, venue, or dates if necessary. In the event of cancellation, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

Force Majeure

The organizer is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government restrictions, or other emergencies.

Photography & Recording

By attending the event, you grant permission to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded for promotional purposes.
