Some programs, like this one for the Eugene De Rosa designed Vanderbilt Theatre made conspicuous efforts to represent both an upper-class aspirational design sense, and a sense of theatre as a cultural institution. With its full color cover, and pages dedicated to theatre building history and performer biographies, this program is an incredibly useful research tool.
