The final periodical we will look at in this series, is the long running Boxoffice magazine. Boxoffice has been a, if not the, leading publication for theatre owners since it began in 1920. This 1939 special issue focused on “The Modern Theatre,” and covered everything theatre owners and managers needed to bring their theatres up to date.
