Anthony F. Dumas is assumed to have made his drawings from photographs, preserving the details of these building facades for posterity. The precision and symmetry of Dumas’ drawings is striking and gives an insight into early-to-mid 20th century architecture, and into the mind of one particularly dedicated fan of facades.
